Well, it's been a turbulent week of work stress so I've actually looked forward to seeing how I got on with this week and I really rather enjoyed it unbelievably! I was still very slow (as too scared I wont last for each section otherwise) but controlled and paced myself, breathing was so much better than last week and for the first 2 sections I was surprised the 90 secs was up. What has happened to this unfit, overweight, asthmatic middle aged woman?!?!?
Let's see what W3 brings - I may not be so optimistic in 7 days time!

I've just seen there are two 3 mins runs in it (!) it seems a bit of a leap but let's give it a go, we may surprise ourselves. Excited and scared sums it up for me too but I do believe in this programme from all the other posts I've read. Good luck!!
Great job... slow is the best way, it builds your endurance better and your fitness level will rise noticeably and quickly, as you’ve already noticed. What you’ve done so far could be chapter one of “how to do C25K”. Keep it just like that... finish the book.
Thank you UNM! It's very encouraging and motivating to have such constructive, reaffirming replies to my posts. I'm feeling good and just a bit proud of myself!
