Decided against trying to put my lungs back in my chest cavity after my last run but instead bought a new pair off of eBay.
It did the trick and this time I managed 18 mins of joyful running before puffing and panting my way to 24 mins. My instinct was to run the last minute at the same pace but with thoughts of next week in my mind I increased the pace almost to a sprint (in my mind) barely making the finish line but make it I did. Happy to gasp away for 5 mins as I warmed down. One more to go this week π€π€π€ππππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπππ
Good luck with your runs this week

Fantastic, you're doing great! I did this run yesterday and found it so much easier than W7R1. First 5mins were tough but after that I found I wasnt actually thinking about my breathing, assume I was breathing as I'm still here now! Who'd have believed 7 weeks ago that we'd be where we are now πββοΈπββοΈ
Wow! 18 joyful minutes!!! That's brilliant! Can I have the seller name? I want to invest in new lungs as well, and maybe few other parts (knees, ankles, hips, neck...).
You're on great path, only few more steps to the finish line!
