Hi, I’ve recently joined a club that gets you to 5 k in ten weeks. I get extremely hot when running but when I get home I’m freezing cold. I shower as soon as I get in, but shiver for a couple of hours afterwards. Any ideas?

I get very hot running too except this morning when it was only 2degrees. I’ve found it helps to wear layers and to put them back on for the cool down so I don’t cool down too much then have to warm up again.
