Week 8 - having had an issue during my past 2 runs where I was reducing to a walk around the 18 min mark for a couple of mins and then restarting, today I followed people’s advice, slowed down a little and ran 20 mins, short walk to catch my breath and then ran another 10 mins. Covered 5.4km in today and enjoyed the run! Thanks for the great advice folks!!
