Tried to do a preset run today and thought it was too slow so pressed Speed up only to find a minute later it sped up by itself and I felt like Usain Bolt. I think I will get there eventually just concerned I might be loosing fitness

If you keep doing a bit your fitness will remain longer than if you don’t, so I don’t think you’ll be losing much of any.
