Canβt believe it!!! Did 4.41km in 36mins - well 5mins walking warm up, then a steady run for 25mins......inclines still horrible but thatβs when I do my βbaby stepsβ to get through it - π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ tomorrow to stretch my weary leggies!!

Baby steps Honeybee63, nice, well done on completing W6R3, that is the first of 4 /25 minute runs, any steps whether baby or adult steps are OK with me, as they get you to the end of W9R3 πit doesn't really matter ππ

Wow that's amazing well done. Having just started week 6 I think it's a big jump from previous weeks. Get through this and I'll feel well set up for the last three weeks. So well done for doing it, I'll try and keep up just behind you!
