After a month of battling with this i finally completed it without stopping (apart from one traffic light) and was shocked when i was told to cool down. Yes! Im finally a runner! I ran on average 6min 26 / km. Is that good?

Well done jgr. You're nearly there, just three weeks to go. That time is good (better than mine was) even if it doesn't matter how fast you go.

Its the fact you did it, more than the time, but the time is fine, well done.

Sorry but stopping at a traffic light means you have to repeat week 6 again. It is clearly stated in 'da rules'. ;)

That pace is pretty quick. I know the more experienced runners would advise you to try and slow it down.

You sure are! Laura says so, so that's official!

Well done. Have a rest now and get ready for the next one. Yes the pace is good but take care with speed. You need to stay slow as the idea is to finish in one piece

I wouldn't get concerned about speed and pace at this stage.

Yes you certainly are a runner so really well done. Keep it steady and run very slowly. It's the only way to go at this stage.
