Just completed w7r1 - 25 mins non-stop running! Question- does it get easier or do you still feel like you’re going to collapse in a gibberish heap? Still, no matter how hard, I’m proud I’ve got this far!

You've done great! Well done.

Re the question about gibbering heaps, I graduated a couple of weeks ago, and I still get the gibbering heap runs! Some runs are easy, and some aren't, no matter what distance I do.

Ha! Hoping to speed up, guess I’d better just concentrate on finishing for a while! Thanks x

You're welcome. I think that overall the speeding up does come with the more running that you do, as does the stamina. You might not notice it at an individual run level, but you will see it sooner or later!

Every week pushes you that little bit harder, and l found l was at my limit on every run (jibbering heap sums it up!)

But, once you graduate and consolidate, it gets easier and more enjoyable. You're nearly there!
