Two things:
1) W6R1 is a really common one to find hard!
2) I’m finding an added benefit of this programme is that I’ve gone right off overindulging on a nightly basis because it’s so much easier to go for a run without a hangover or indigestion.
Hi Sunnybraeboats, I also found it hard which I was expecting given the warnings I’ve got. My rationale was being short of sleep! But let’s enjoy the rest today and we will rock W6R2 tomorrow!!!
