Week 3

I started a 2 weeks ago, thought I would give it a go....and here I am in week 3

I've surprised myself. Today was my second run this week and I've decided that I'm better going out later in the day rather than first thing in the morning. My legs just didn't feel connected early in the morning....I've just took a peek at week 4 and it's pretty scary, so one run at a time..felling proud of myself. Not too bad for 56 I think.

Great job so far... not bad for any age to be honest.

Looking ahead always looks scary... but when you get to them you’re ready... you can do all of this... have a look at week 9 if you want scary, all being well you’ll be doing that in November! You’ll surprise yourself a few times before then, but if you keep working at it even that 30 will come pretty easy.

Nothing to be scared😳 of Purple-flu, just take all the runs🏃 slowly and at a pace which you are comfortable with. Onwards and upwards to week 4 which is not 'pretty scary' 😳, yes you should feel very proud and confident for a 56 year old. 😊
