Week 3 First Run

What a great early morning run. It was all over before I knew it.

I got up early as I wanted to spend time with the family. It was a beautiful morning on Arran and the views over Brodick Bay were amazing.

I had looked at the run the night before and saw that I was to run for 2 stints of 3 minutes and thought, never, but it seemed to be over before it was started.

Really enjoyed this run

It’s lovely when you get a day like that. Hope the next one is just as good 🙂

Hi there

This is my first post but I found my week 3 run 1 tonight easier than week 2. Had to check the app 3 times because I thought I had missed a step somewhere. It was definitely shorter or am I imagining it. 😀

It felt much shorter to me too! I did week 3 run 1 last night as well and was amazed at how I did compared to how I expected to do. I don't want to get too cocky though, I'm sure they won't all be like that...But definitely enjoying while it lasts :)

It is amazing how one run prepares you for the next. The only one that didn't work for was going from W5R3 to W6R1.

Don't be put off, but you will achieve it, when the time comes.

Enjoy each run and know that you have loads of support here 😉👍
