Isn’t that great? You did that big bad 20, you’ve done the tricky intervals since... now you get to amaze yourself again just like that 20... enjoy it, you can do it.

You don't have to...................but seeing as you are following a nine week course designed to get you running for 30 minutes, it seems likely that at some point you will have to run for 25 minutes.

Relax and relish the challenge.

I did my first 25 minutes on Sunday and set off thinking I’d never do it. I was thrilled to finish and even managed that final minute sprint ( more of a fast shuffle!) I felt amazing after and tonight start week 7 ... really looking forward to the challenge but slightly scared !
