What a morning. Was bit stiff and sore last night so had a bath and bed early. Hot up this morning and Sister in law (does a lot 10k & half marathons) came out with me and we nailed it. We both done PB 25.58 😀😊 i am so proud of that.

8 weeks ago I could hardly run for 60 secs. But hard work and mental strength I can now do this. Guys just keep at it. You will feel the results of it in no time.

Congratulations to you for running week 9 run 1 in that time, you should graduate no problem in sub 30 minutes for R3 of W9, only 10% achieve that

Thanks. Think I've said somewhere else. It just feels all my hard work in different departments of my life changing decisions, like 5k, personal trainer, diet, sleeping better that it's all now starting to work together and I'm seeing the benefits now. Few weeks back I was a bit down in dumps over it but kept going. Now I'm seeing the work pay off and I'm starting to feel good about myself. Wee bit of weight to go yet,but definitely in the right direction.

Well done you-you’re totally smashing it!!! It’s amazing what a good rest and relaxation can do!!!

You’re progression has been amazing, your really achieving great things! As you’ve said above the hard work pays off and other parts of life change for the better too. Keep it up, seeing a change is the best motivation.

Enjoy the last few runs and see you at the podium! 😃
