20 minutes went OK. The 2nd quarter seemed like hard work.

Actually I did about 21 to 22 minutes just to complete running the length of the path.

No rain to cool me down 😿

I've seen a few posts warning the dangers of week 6.

8 to 9 minutes per km should be better
