Start week 5 tomorrow but the weather looks rubbish. I do a trail on Friday usually but if it's going to be really windy then bit risky with all the trees. Might have to be the dreadmill 😣

Let’s hope there’s a break in the weather... otherwise good luck in the gym

Darn it. Didn't realise it's going to that windy tomoz. May be joining you on the dreadmill.

Whatever you get to do have a great run x

I’m in Derbyshire and we have rain forecast until wind in the afternoon and the chance from 4pm of the wind being gone and just showers... time will tell.

South Coast. We will prob miss the rain but still have windy weather warning. If it comes from the right direction it might blow me up the hill 🤔😁

Just looked at the latest predicted forecast from the Met Office, storm Calum is forecast to give storm Force 10 winds over some parts of Ireland and Western parts of the UK, They have issued a amber warning for South Wales for torrential rain for Friday, perhaps everyone should do their runs on the

(dr) threadmill.

At the very least Cheshire will have a windy day tomorrow, breezy to say the least and probably a lot of rain as well.

Just looking out the window and dithering about doing the 20 minute run, W5.

I'm gonna go out, but if it feels to windy I'll come back do the TMill

That's settled then, no more dithering, I'm heading out there too in windy West Lancs
