W5R2: the 8 minute runs. I said that this would give me the chance to slow down to the pace I need to run at. It worked for the first part of the run, up a rise into the breeze, but downhill with the breeze behind me (and Laura telling me that I only had a minute to go at the end of it) I did at nearly a minute/km under my "I can plod along like this easily" pace. No wonder the second run was tough!

Good run... downhills are harder to keep pace, but you completed! That pace will become your comfortable pace in time, it’s nice to have a preview of it 😂
