Just graduated couch to 5k

Started running at 49, just completed 5k. I am officially a runner, yeah!

Thanks, it took a little longer than 9 weeks. I had to repeat a few of the early runs then it just clicked and I never looked back.

The best feeling. I did the last run in the gym and I was whooping and waving my arms. I must have looked a right pudding but I didn't care
