Hey, well done you! I recently completed my first 5K and it felt great. Thing is, I did it on a treadmill and I haven't done it outside yet. I'm working up to it and will get there. You keep going. What's your next challenge?

I’m going to consolidate at 5k for a while and try and improve my time. I’ve really enjoyed running outside, the people in the park I run round have been so supportive

Nice one, I’ve signed up to the big santa 5k run on Dec 2nd and I’m petrified as I’ve only just completed w2 so I need to be ready in time. So I’m in awe of you right now
