Read it and printed it off thank you so much for all your motivation and advice along the way, please to say I've made it through the journey injury free, few niggles in my calves, but 1st time I tried C25K in January I ended up couched for 2 months with ligament damage.

I intend to keep going with my running journey.

It was my first run in the wet too!

I was looked after by someone on their 10th parking.

Well done on graduating on the 14th anniversary of parking.

What are you doing next after C25k?

Thank you, my next goal is to complete 5K in around 35 minutes doing 40 at the moment and final goal is the GNR next year, I'm 50 on the 7th September and the GOT on the 8th will fall in the memorial day for my wonderful dad xx
