Second run of the week done. Still finding it very hard but I do push myself to go faster for the last 10 seconds of each run. Makes me feel like I have achieved that little bit more. I listen to Sarah, I do think it would make me enjoy it a bit more if her humour came across. I'll stick with Sarah until the finish line though. Nervous as I approach week 5....
