Dot inside my cheek please help

Hi I wake up this morning and I have something like I attached to the picture I made it from inside my mouth.

What is this dot..

Kamil it looks like a tiny blood blister. You will most likely have bitten your cheek in your sleep, it's completely harmless and will go away by itself. If it doesn't - then obviously get it checked out.

Yes, you will have caught different bits of skin in your teeth. Nothing to worry about at all. I do it all the time too!

Hello, I’ve noticed that you have responded to a post from four years ago and the original poster hasn't posted anything else since so they probably won’t see your question. I didn't want you waiting for a reply that was unlikely to arrive!

This is a running community and so no one here would be qualified to answer your question but perhaps you could ask your dentist if you are worried. These days you should be able to send a photo rather than make an appointment.
