Yes, C25K works with anything else as far as I know.

Yes, I used the C25K app with Laura on my rerun of W9R3 on Thursday morning. I was listening to the radio, I also have Spotify, all that happens is when Laura speaks the music cuts out or fades down and when she finishes speaking the music or whatever else you are listening to comes back.
