This morning was another good C25K day. The sun was shining, I did the same run as I did on my first one, this time with music and it went great.
I had looked up the hints for after the run and one of them was rather than have a hot shower, have a cool (NOT COLD) shower, this was really refreshing and it eased the muscles a lot better than a hot shower did.
So that's my first week completed, Yeah! It has been great sharing and getting encouraging feedback from others.
I hope I can encourage others on their journey as well.
