Week 3 run3 done!!!! Week 3 complete!

I feel amazing dancing round house to celebrate! Dog is shattered but has happy eyes.

Really enjoyed this morning, it’s a blue sky and sunny even though it’s slightly chilly perfect for running.

I’m actually looking forward to week 4.

Any tips for the next 3 runs? X

Great job. Week 4 just needs the same, slow and steady and just do what you do. Remember the elation of finishing a run, use that memory to drive you if it’s a tough one. Enjoy.

Tips? Make sure your dog has a rest day ;)

Run slower, if you can push it for the last minute of the final run. Any aches pains and niggles, take an extra rest day. Keep up the leg strengthening on the other days
