About to start week 3 and a bit nervous about the jump, I repeated week 1 so I did it twice, should I repeat week 2 again?

Wk 3
Do what feels right for you. I repeated a Couple of runs till I felt confident and able to go to the next Step. Don't get into a comfort zone though. I start W4R1 this week and think I am looking forward to itπ±
Go for it and try WK3 because as the saying goes-Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
If you can't manage all the running, don't worry about it but instead put that run down to a practice and do it again but I'd certainly give it a try. I'm due to do WK4R2 tomorrow and I never thought I'd be doing that but somehow the program just gets you there. Good luck and keep us all posted about the run ππ»ββοΈππΌ
It is designed to follow on so if you've achieved week 2 move on to week 3, you'll be fine BUT if it is to much step back
I'm sure you'll be fine
Each week steps up, otherwise you will never move on up to thirty minutes.
You need to be brave.
How do you know you won't be able to do the next week until you try it?
You can't fail this unless you stay on the sofa. If you don't complete a run, then you have found the level that needs to be repeated......not the previous week. This is not a failure, but a waymark on your journey.
This will build your self belief as a runner, which becomes ever more important as you progress through the programme.
Believe in the plan. Believe in yourself. You can do this.
There is nothing IannodaTruffe has said that's wrong. Small steps further on will lead you to your goal. If your head believes it then your legs will deliver it. Well done for heading out to W3....
Don't look back...move on and see how you go! ππ»
