Whoop finished C25K...yippee...! Was really hot run this morning along the coast sheltered from the wind.

I averaged 7:57 km/min....so not in the 5km brethren yet But I'm sure that will come over the next few weeks.

Congratulations!! : ) I'm still not in the 5K club either (graduated last week) but that just gives me something to keep working towards, and from what I understand only a small minority are at this point. Good on you, and enjoy the next steps : )
