Week 4: Started week 4 today with Run 1 and felt... - Couch to 5K
Week 4

That's great 😁
56 and staring today, I feel inspire during by your post

Great job... you’ve probably lowered your fitness age already. Keep enjoying it and onwards.

Started on C25k on 23 May and have now done a 6k; as a 66 year old I am right with you. It does feel great, and age is no reason why we shouldn't, in time, run as far as we want. Just a question of sticking to the plan, not running too quickly and giving any injury time to heal. Stepping back a couple of weeks or so in the plan for any reason, particularly after an injury break, is also fine; I beat myself up over having to miss runs at one stage but have learned; it is not a race....well not yet anyway. Keep enjoying it.👍
Well done you!! Keep it up you are amazing!!
I done run 2 for the week this morning it was tougher but I did it again. Now for run 3 on Friday.
