After feeling a bit below par for a couple of days I wasn’t looking forward to starting this week’s runs. The words “trust the program” helped to get me out of the house! Just got back and feel pleased that I made the effort. Running for bursts of 3 minutes was manageable and has encouraged me to believe that I can make steady progress. Thanks for all the motivational chat everyone!

Good for you, Lovey. All the talk in the world can’t get you out there: only your own courage and determination can do that. You deserve this 🏅😀
