Second time trying a couch25k both have been to build up for a 10k run, this time is so much more important as I’m running it in memory of my 17 year old son who died earlier this year from a brain tumour. He had been fighting it almost all his life and us so massively missed.

Life can be so cruel Kibbycat. I can’t imagine what it like to lose a child. Sincere condolences. I hope your journey on C25K gets you to where you want to be. Take care of yourself
