Just back from first ‘longer’ run. I left with a little appreciation as I found the W1 runs quite testing. Legs were fine and do was breathing in W1 but I just felt so ‘heavy’ and was struggling to do the 60 seconds. So perhaps a) I am getting better b) I am actually a little bit fitter or c) the balance of exercise/rest time suits me. I am now quite looking forward to the next run - do that’s got to be a positive

I feel like the first 10 minutes of my run are going to be my last...... I feel awful, but then it gets easier. Keep plugging at it

Im at the same stage and feel the same. I’m feeling confident about the rest of the week. I’m hoping I can follow the program as is, but I’m happy to repeat a week if it gets too scary. As long as I keep moving 3 times a week, I’m happy 😊

Way to go... it is certainly a & b with maybe a dash of c! Being ready for the next is a good sign too... enjoy the rest of this week and you’ll be ready for week 3
