Week 4 in the bag along with my lungs. Boy did I not want to do that after an early start at work today. Struggling after first 3 min run and even contemplated giving it neck at that point but so glad I didn't. Just kept breaking it down into 30 sec segments and kept telling myself "Just one more".

Lying on the bed now piecing back together my respiratory system ready to go again Monday.

Right better go get ready for my second shift at work. Got to love a double friday shift😭😭😭

You got this

If I can do it anyone can

Good luck with your runs this weekend

Not sure how I inspired anybody with that effort.

Just having a cheeky coffee and piece of homemade cake supporting Macmillan cancer day

You got this. If I can anyone can

I'm going on the morning, the class took longer than I expected. Waaay longer!

Anyway, I want to congratulate you again. I was a bit self centered.

You did a great job pushing through tough moments and finishing despite struggle! Week 5 should be afraid of you, as you are coming mentally strong with knowledge of self pep talk ;)

If I go out in the week I try and go early in the morning, as I don’t feel like it when I come home from work.

Me neither but worked till 10 30 last night and back this morning at 7.30 till 10.30 tonight with a 3 hour break from 3-6. So either do it then or let my gremlins talk me out of doing it. I won that battle again lol
