well W5R2 after two weeks off OMG I did it i really did.
first 8 minute completed not particularly out of breath,no aches, really,? is that how i feel yes wow!
2nd 8 mins i knew I was slower as getting near the end of treadmill oops better slow it down, means you i go slow compared to some speeds people put up๐ฅ but if it means I complete a runs who cares.
im feeling chuffed im getting fitter woop woop im sat here thinking how hard i thought run1 was but steady n slow thats me, and its working so far.
I think i look at the runs beforehand and think i cant do that,but i did!!
it's a big jump next run but oh wait... hear i go again, im just gonna do my best update You soon.
