Hey cheeky, I just got back.... I was worried this would be the hurdle I would stumble at but it wasn't. I do feel absolutely on top of the world. This plan builds you gradually so well but it is this forum full of support encouragement & advice that puts everything into perspective.... Physically I run alone, mentally I have your voices with me! (In a supportive way.... Not a scary one 🤣)

Well done uncle_wiggy on completing that 'milestone' run of week 5, when I completed it, that run was the longest I had ever done in my life, it felt really good afterwards but before I ran it I was a bit apprehensive, to say the least, now, onwards and upwards to W6R1, but take that run slowly as it catches out a few people.
