Completed it this morning, feels great. Looking back to the start,I struggled with W1,it's amazing what you can do if you stick in. Was pretty cold when I left work to run home, about 5 degrees,I wasn't long warming up though!

That’s lovely. I did my first morning run today. I’ve never been in the local park at 6.30am before and it was beautiful!

Congratulations on graduating!! - it's a great feeling, especially when the early stages felt like such a big challenge. I never fully believed I'd be able to run for 30 mins, even up to a couple of weeks ago! - but it's such a good programme, it really works. Enjoy whatever running you do next : )

Thanks very much,I totally agree with you,I didn't know if I could do it as I struggled early on. Persevering was the best thing I've done, definitely going to keep it up. Doing sober for October,so that should be a big help!
