Was ment to do week 2 run 2 today set the alarm and everything......had 4 hours sleep as shins really painful so didn't go now feel guilty and been thinking all day how am i gonna fit 2 more runs in this week.....maybe will try and go tonight, not sure if shin pain will ease with the exercise or actually make it worse 🤔🤨 feeling confused and annoyed with myself

Don't be hard on yourself. Take as many rest days as you need ..

All I'd say is you should get a good night's sleep before your next run👍🏾. It's hard to do your best if you're tired. Have a relaxed restful evening. Tomorrow is another day😊
If you are in pain don't run... the runs will still be there...
Have you checked out the info the FAQ post...especially the section on injury ?
Rest and let it fix... the run will not go anywhere. Hope it’s not too bad.
