Good for you, starting young - wish I had. It will set you up for a really healthy adult life. I did it at 52 and now running 3 times a week at 53 and just joined a running club for the first time in my life! Just think how far you can go, starting at your young age 😀

My height of 4”11.5 says I’m an average 10 year old so I go off that but my legs after doing a 5k tell me I’m definitely very close to 47, 😂😂😂.

I think you'll find 10 year olds are 4'7" - 140cm. I know because that's what it says on my jeans :P. 146cm is 11, I often buy that age for the fit!

oh yes, you've got to mature at least a year, maybe a year and a half 😜 - or if you like you could really indulge and act as old as a stroppy teen (or was that just my teenage years... naah, can't have been just me!)

Lol well I have plenty of muses I could model myself on ‘being a stroppy teenager’ I work in a high school years 10/11 and omg they know how to take monumental strops 🤣😂🤣
