W6R1 Easy Does It

I was still buzzing after successfully completing W5R3. I could almost feel the graduation trophy in my virtual hands. And when I read that W6R1 is only 18 minutes, with rests in between, I couldn't have been happier. But somehow what I had envisioned as a smooth sailing run did not quite manifest in my reality. I'm not sure if it was the late start to my day, my smoothie, overconfidence or all three but it was challenging. Oh and they are repaving the roads in my area so the dust, fumes didn't help. I am sure the runs were longer.

At one point I thought my app had crashed because there was no Michael to say "You're halfway there." You cannot imagine my joy and relief when I finally completed the run. I've lived to tell the tale so anyone can do it. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

You're going to sail through it. At the end of it you'll be wondering "what was the fuss all about?" 🀣

This is my run tomorrow too. I’ve seen many people say it catches you out.
