Still loving it..... how long do you give it before you start trying to increase distance?

Oh god.... it’s all new and scary 🙈 I’ll finish this week with another 5k and then I’ll start 10K training 👍👍

It’s possible but I don’t know how... I use the app and can’t even see graduate badges and stuff

You are doing great. 👏👏Sounds like you are ready now to increase distance.

Have you tried the Bridge to 10k forum on Health Unlocked. Ju-Ju has a plan on there to get from 5k to 10k, which I’m following . It’s working well so far

I’ll give it a go from next week.... I’ll do another 5k tomorrow or Saturday.... still need to find a new route 🤷‍♀️

I’m in week 2 of consolation and I’m thinking I might increase my next run by 5 minutes.

Good call, that’s a really good idea... have you seen ju-ju’s plan on the bridge to 10K as shakywakey mentions

I’m also on week 2 of consolidation. I followed the C25K plus stepping stones podcast on Tuesday and my legs still know about it now 😆 it was good to follow different music and to up the pace on the podcast. Have you tried the strength and stamina podcasts?

I plan to start to increase the distance next week but very gradually.

I follow the B210K forum but there’s also 10 is the magic number. Not sure what the difference is or when the next programme begins.

feels like a major milestone. So to all those just starting, in the middle of C25K or approaching...

Almost last run tomorrow for 2 weeks

intending to do a 7K run locally instead. I am still playing with my HRM - so I will run the outward
