I completed week 6 and then was very lucky to have a long holiday which meant lots of walking but no jogging. Had no idea where my level would have dropped to so I'm doing run 1 of each week until I struggle and will continue from there. So far I've done run 1 of weeks 1,2 and 3. I'm hoping to pick up from week 4.
