Just started the c25k again after an Achilles heel injury.

Starting from scratch but looking forward to it!

Welcome back and good luck for an injury free run through to graduation. Slow and steady will do it !

Welcome back... careful as you go, that achilles is fixed but it’ll be a little behind the other one for a little while. Good luck.

Welcome back. I'm back and also started from the beginning. It's easier than last time as I've already had a lot of excellent advice here, and this time around I'm ready to heed all of it! And knowing I can do it if I just keep strapping on my shoes and getting out there helps too! :)

Slow and steady is excellent advice. I might be trying to go a bit fast! I enjoy when I'm out there, just have to strap on the trainers more often! 😁
