Yay! Feeling proud that I have just completed the 20minute run. I actually wanted to run further even though my legs felt ready to give up, I recovered quite quickly and now am feeling stoked. Bring on W6! Looking forward to actually running 5kms. Feel I'll need to pick up the pace to do it in 30mins though but I guess that comes with time.

Well done you 👏👏You only (did l just say “only”?) have to run for 30 mins to graduate not do 5k. If you do it’s a bonus. Best of luck on W6R1, it’s mine tomorrow. This will be my pace🐌🐌🤣

Thanks for that, good luck with yours too. I want to aim for 5kms if I can as I'm doing a 5kms event early November 😳. Think 30mins for that might be a push but I'll see how I go.

That 5k event needs to be fun... it’s good that you see it may be a push... don’t push too hard, there will be many more events... see where you are and run/walk it if you need to and have a great day.

That sounds like good advice, if I push through it too much I might not want to do another one! You're right it should be fun so I can enjoy it. Will bear that in mind 😊

Good luck with the 5k run in November, I’m sure you’ll smash it💪 Don’t push too hard though 👍🏻

Great job... don’t worry about pace until you’ve graduated... you’re doing mighty fine

Thanks for the encouragement, that's what I'm thinking too, get all the runs under my belt then I'll work on pace. 😊

It's great, I'm amazed at how good it does feel! Week 6 is fine as long as you take it easy and don't think it's going to be a breeze. Keep positive and you'll be fine 😊 Well done!
