2nd 3 minute run was the longest ever but I got there!! Think my warm up/cool down walks are faster then my runs ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

Thatโ€™s good... those walks being fast is ideal... the runs being slow is also ideal. Sounds crazy to us when we start out I know! Post graduation you will do a lot (more than half) of your runs at a slow pace, many of them below comfortable pace too... so itโ€™s not only good for getting through this plan, itโ€™s a good thing to get used to doing. Thereโ€™s only a need to push running pace for time improvements and right now however fast you go you run the same time!
