So I came on holiday with every intention of continuing with the program (wk4 r1) but was already worried about not being with my 2 friends that I run with. It's been on my mind to do the run but I feel so self conscious, fat and slow I just cannot over come it! So now feeling even worse, yes I've done walking with the bears and my husband and know that my friends at home ran last night. So I think I am just going to have to make the most of being Away for the week and start again when I get back π

I had a week off between weeks 4 and 5 for my holiday. Took my running shoes up to Skye but then didn't fancy running through thick mist on a single track road with no footpath and through clouds of midgies! It was fine when I got back. Relax and enjoy your break. π
Last week was on a river cruise, too much sitting and getting swollen ankles, no exercise. On Mon did w3r3 ok but been feeling tired. Now this a.m doing w4r1 with new trainers and looking to enjoy it. Ideal conditions: cloudy light breexe snd warm.
