Week 7 completed. I found run 3 very comfortable and i felt i could have gone on and managed an extra 3 minutes. I am looking forward to w8r1 on Weds. Hope the weather is kind!

Great run... you have the extra 3, you can demonstrate that on Wednesday. Good that you resisted temptation to carry on... you’re so close now and it’s just about finishing this off. You’ll love week 8.
