Went out to do the second run of my final week. Got 1.2 km in and could not carry on. My legs were killing me. I don’t think I was hydrated enough. I’m absolutely gutted. This is the first time in 8 weeks I have had to stop a run. So close to the end of the programme too.

Take a couple of days rest. Make sure you drink plenty of water and maybe get a massage on your legs? Then put this behind you. You are so close and you will achieve it. Good luck!
Don't get down you're doing great, some days it just doesn't work but it will next time
Some runs are less equal than other Grandadmike. Not a fail just a temporary glitch. Couple of days rest then get back out there. You’ve got this 👍🏻
My left hand calf is really tight and sore. I think I may have damaged it.
Argghhh… give it some rest & maybe some ice if you have some & then see how it feels. & if you need to rest some more, so be it. You'll get there. 😎
Don’t be disheartened Grandadmike, sometimes it just doesn’t feel right but 1.2k is better than nothing. So make sure you do all the preps, drink lots of water the day before, and get out there again after your rest day. You can do this.
Just think how far u have come in the last 9 weeks, don’t feel too bad. You have done amazing to get this far. My week nine was awful as I got back into work and I wasn’t drinking enuf. Just put it down to a bad run and next one will be fine I’m sure. Good luck
Don't be too hard on yourself! You're nearly there. And there is no deadline. Make sure your pain goes away, give it the rest it needs to heal and then you can continue to graduation!!
You can do this. Not every day is the same. We should allow ourselves some off days!
Don't dwell on it ... it can happen .. you have done amazing already and have come a long way ..
You got out the door and ran all positives..
Rest up recover and be kind to yourself..when you go again you will rock it
