Managed to complete week 6 last week. I think this is a key milestone.
Now going through week 7 and these 3 runs are all the same. You just have to pace yourself and get in the zone. I find listening to music at the right tempo helps.
Feeling good now going for a run and have developed a favourite route that I do 2 laps of with the dog. Dog is taking on a more streamlined shape!
