Surprised at the feeling of anticipation tieing up laces; holding on to sense of achievement at completing week 1. Congratulations to all of the community who got going with this year's before I did!

Just done my very 1st run in I don’t know how long. Feeling great now. So pleased you have found that same feeling after a week

Well done on completing W1, the hardest one mentally. The fact you did means you have the right attitude to smash the rest of the programme. It’s not all easy, but it’s doable and ultimately very addictive. You’ll definitely catch the running bug, just wait and see! 😀

Have fun out there, and take this little guy with you - 🐌. He should be allowed to beat you on all your runs. 😀
