So I've actually done 5 week 1 runs. I have fibromyalgia and endometriosis so I promised myself I'd take it easy and repeat each stage until I really felt ready to move on in order to avoid burning myself out.
I had a really good run on Monday and decided that on my next run day (Thursday) I'd move up to week 2. Then life got in the way. On Tuesday my son got knocked off his motorbike on the way to work. Luckily he's ok but his bike took some damage and was off the road for a few days. Then on Thursday morning I was driving him to work when someone ran into my car on a roundabout (seriously, you couldn't make my life up sometimes!) Again we were both fine but by the end of my day at work I was physically and emotionally exhausted and just didn't have it in me to do even a walk, let alone a run, so I skipped it.
My next run day is tomorrow but I'm now not sure whether to do a week 2 run as planned or to repeat a week 1 one more time because I now haven't run since Monday. Over to you c25k hive mind.

Oh no! I'm so sorry about your son and your car. Glad you're both ok.
Don't know what other people think but I'd suggest you give week 2 a try. You've only had a four day gap, & you'd done a lot of training before that. You might be surprised. 😎
Just do it The way to handle repeat runs in this programme is to repeat only those runs you don't complete. You don't actually know when you're ready until you try so trust the programme. Just do week 2, probably you'll be fine but if you don't complete the run first time then repeat THAT one - don't repeat runs you've already done the required number of times. As for missing a few days, that'll be OK, it's not even a week so you won't have lost condition.
