When I started this app I doubted I had the stamina to run 1 minuet let alone 20 minuets. Then when I’d conked that fear I doubted I could ever run up hill so only picked routes on the flat. This morning I had no choice but to conker that fear as I’m on holiday in Scotland and hills are everywhere. I don’t know why I doubt myself so much. ( Can’t believe i packed my running stuff and went running at 6.30 in the morning while on holiday). I’ve come along way in such a short time.

Great stuff, hills are there to be run over, and to be doing that already is very impressive, especially as it’s not your usual terrain.

My very unfit husband said it was more of an incline than a hill but it went up and down so, in my book it was a hill. What do none runners know about anything.
