Slow and steady got me round. I can’t believe I did it. Just need to keep up the enthusiasm and carry on running. I’m hoping with the weather getting wetter and cooler that I can keep at it.
Being able to come to this forum and see everyone’s highs and lows and the genuine support and guidance from all to all has been the 1 thing I needed that had been lacking before and also I wanted to be able to post my graduation screen shot. Thanks to all for the fabulous support 🤗🏃♀️

Congratulations! Just read your first post... love that you were already in the headspace to not think and follow the plan. Some hard work between then and now, but well worth it. Very well done, enjoy celebrating and a glass of something well earned.
